Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other user’s experience.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

Products and Orders

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing, sizes, colors, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.

Payments

The Service supports online gateway handoff where available (including Pesapal) and also supports method-dependent payment verification workflows for select regional payment channels.

You are responsible for completing payment exactly as instructed at checkout. Orders may remain pending until successful gateway confirmation or verified settlement is received.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us or our payment partners to process applicable charges where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, fees, and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, inventory issues, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss may pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier or delivered, depending on applicable law and the shipping method used.

Returns and Refunds

Any return, exchange, or refund policy will be described separately on the Service or communicated at checkout. If no separate policy is posted, please contact us before placing an order to confirm eligibility.

We may refuse returns or refunds for items that are damaged through misuse, altered, worn beyond inspection, or returned outside the allowed period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant order or service, if any, during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kistie-Store and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on the Service and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law rules.
